- Block of feta
- Dried oregano
- Chili Flakes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- (Optional) Garlic Cloves
- (Optional) 1 Shallot
- Set Oven to 400
- Add tomatoes to baking dish, drizzle with olive oil
- (Optional) Chop shallots into half moons, add to dish
- (Optional) Crush garlic cloves, add to dish.
- Add oregano, chili flakes, salt
- Mix well to cover tomatoes
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until feta is browned and tomatoes wilted
- Stir baked mixture into a sauce.
- Optionally add pasta water to mixture it if you'd like
- Optionally add raw spinach for more veggies.
